I really like Chinese noodles !! I always buy two bags, to have -) This food is fast and very tasty, with many options on the internet, but I think I took a little more and studied some magazines.

Ingredient:
the sting of noodles,
a chicken breast,
1 tablespoon Dr.Oetker corn starch,
5 spices / five spices,
a carrot,
a zucchini,
a bunch of green onions,
1 red bell pepper,
1 green bell pepper,
1 hot pepper,
1 tablespoon sweet chili,
soy sauce,
50g susan,
salt and pepper.

Method of preparation:

Wash the chicken breast, dab with absorbent towels and cut into suitable pieces. Season with 5 spices / five species contains: a mixture of Chinese spices: star anise, fennel seeds, cloves, Sichuan pepper and Chinese cinnamon (Cassia), fried sometimes and each time ground - I have the grinder from Portugal, to my girlfriend-, starch and a few tablespoons of dark soy sauce. It's getting cold.

In a fat-free pan, sauté the sesame until lightly browned. Put it aside.

Wash the vegetables, clean them, wipe them with water and cut them into large pieces.

Cut the green onion into slices. Leave a green thread to decorate the food at the end.

Boil water in a pot and leave the noodles -from Lidl-

Chicken with peppers and olives - recipe adapted from Ethan Stowell's recipe

4 pieces of bell pepper (2 tomatoes and 2 yolks), cut scales
1 onion + half, whole onion cut into scales and half finely chopped
10 chicken legs - the lower part (the upper and lower part can be mixed, this is the original recipe, only I only had the hammers)
salt and pepper
1 finely chopped carrot or put on a large grater
1 stem of green celery, chopped
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon thyme
375 ml dry white wine
400-500 ml soup juice (chicken or vegetables)
200-250g green and / or black olives
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Preheat the oven to 200C (400F). On a tray lined with aluminum foil put the peppers and onions cut into scales, sprinkled with oil and seasoned with salt and pepper. Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring not to burn, until soft.
Meanwhile, season the chicken with salt and pepper. Fry the chicken in two slices in a pan over high heat, until the meat is golden everywhere. Place the chicken in a large tray or heat-resistant dish.
Put the carrot, celery, garlic, thyme and half of the onion, which has been finely chopped, in the same pan, for about 5 minutes, until the onion becomes translucent. Add the wine and bring to the boil, stirring with a spoon to melt all the pieces left over from the chicken frying. Pour the wine and vegetables over the chicken. Add the soup juice, cover the tray with aluminum foil and place in the oven, lowering the temperature to 350 F / 175C (medium heat).
Leave the chicken in the oven for an hour and a half, until the meat falls off the bone. Remove the chicken to the serving bowl and keep covered. Put the tray on the stove at the right heat (if it's metal, if not, put the sauce in the pan in a saucepan), add the peppers, onions and olives and let it boil for about 5 minutes. It goes well with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the chicken, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley on top and serve immediately with fresh bread, then with a thick crust, only good for soaking in sauce.


Sweets of all kinds

Mix the egg with a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the warm milk, then half the amount of flour and yeast. Mix well and after it has homogenized, add the soft butter.


We put all this composition in the pan of the bread machine, we added the rest of the flour and we each did our job. :)) Kneading and leavening machine, and me. I do not know anymore. :))


We spread the dough in a sheet (or 2-3, depending on the work surface) 1-1.5 cm thick

Finally it was the turn of the liver pate recipe, homemade and tasty. And all in all, only good to eat in the Dukan diet. So do not hesitate to prepare, if you have not done so far.

- 150 gr of skimmed cheese (like Dairy)

- salt, pepper, dehydrated vegetables

We put the cleaned livers together with the chopped onion and the bay leaves to boil in water (if you are not attacking you can boil them in water + skim milk, half-half, they come out tastier) and we leave them about 20-25 minutes. Careful!! Do not add salt at all when boiling! After the needles have boiled, leave them to cool a little.

After they have cooled, remove the livers with a soup and put them in the blender together with a part of the onion with which they boiled. Blend until they become a paste. Add salt, pepper and dehydrated vegetables and blend once more. At the end, add the skim cheese (you can also try quark and choose the variant you like best) and blend until it mixes. Optionally you can add a clove of crushed garlic for flavor. Store in the refrigerator and consume after at least an hour in the cold. If it is too hard to spread on Dukan bread, then leave it at room temperature.

If you want the family to eat, then divide the composition in two and for them instead of skim cheese put butter (at 250 gr liver about 75-100 gr butter at room temperature). After you put it in the bowl, pour some more melted butter on top and even out, so that it doesn't oxidize. It is a healthy alternative to commercial pâté and I recommend you get your children used to homemade pate.
